What do we offer you?
We are small yet powerful. GAIM is a shooting simulator, a VR application for hunters and professional shooters with almost 20.000 users.
We are part of Sandberg Development Group, and since we started 5 years ago, we have multiplied our revenue and started up GAIM Inc. in the US. We are a small team of 15, and expect to grow over the next couple of years.

The Role
The Community Manager at GAIM will build, maintain, and grow a strong and engaged community around our brand. By creating and nurturing relationships with users, ensuring a positive experience, and actively driving engagement, the Community Manager plays a crucial role in strengthening our shared vision and goals.
It is expected that the Community Manager will regularly work evenings and weekends, as our users are active with our product at all hours and days of the week.
You will report to the Commercial Director at GAIM.
Main Tasks
- Engage with users and fans on social media, forums, and other online platforms.
- Answer questions and comments to build a strong and positive relationship with users.
- Manage user relations and ensure high customer satisfaction through email and phone communication.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and experts in the shooting world and develop co-branding opportunities with relevant partners.
- Collaborate with shooting clubs and organizations to promote the brand.
You
You are a person who loves building relationships. Hence, you are a good communicator and listener. We hope that you have the ambition to grow in the role and with the company. You don’t hesitate to, or rather, you really appreciate, to roll up your sleeves and do anything that might not be well defined in your job description, like in any scale-up environment.

Your background
At GAIM we look more forward than backwards, but some experience will be needed to be successful.
- Experience in managing and growing online communities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably one more language.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Creativity and ability to create engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing customer relationships.
